- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We purchased a 12X20 Double Loft storage building from them. 1 great build, no cheep products "press board" used. 2 quick setup 3 Rent to own once we rented it for about 10 months we had money to pay off called made the payment over the phone, EASY. 4 Remember rent and if you rent for the full contract you should know you will pay more 1 1/2 times. And they do apply payments to principle, just like on a car you have to tell them. And if you call they will tell you. Somif you don't know, ASK. 5 If you don't pay your payments and they repo your unit, well hello what did you think they were going to do.By geoffrey preece, February 28, 2017
