  Kari's bridal made my dreams come true on April 30th I had the perfect wedding thanks to them! I found my wedding dress at Kari's in January just 4 months before my wedding and they popped open a bottle of champagne and made me feel totally special then proceeded to go above and beyond to make it perfect! The changed the color of my wedding dress helped dye my mother-in-laws wedding dress to incorporate it with mine and did three bridesmaids dresses and 10 tuxedos! They were the best and I'm so luck to have found them! They have outstanding customer service and are very prompt with orders! I would recommend them to anyone looking for there special day attire! Kansas city and Wichita are not worth the drive!!! Trust me I went everywhere!!!

  Last fall I decided this place would be able to switch out a stone on my wedding ring. When I picked it up I was horrified of the look as the prongs where not right. They tried to fix them and made it worse. It snagged on everything the prongs were all different it didnt look the same. They then told me they couldnt help me in store and could send it off to someone else to fix. I agree as I paid around 300 for my rings repair and couldnt afford to take it somewhere else. Waited another long wait and when ring came back my prongs were so big it covered most of my stone. They told me this was all they could do for me. Iam still upset about it as the ring is not very old due to just upgrading the ring recently before needing the new upgraded stone set in. So it shouldn't have had all issues we faced and are facing still.
